Doctors are busier than ever. They’re seeing more patients in less time. They literally don’t have time to baby sit our health the way they might have years ago. That’s our job now. They give is advice, sure. But it’s usually a three-word sentence. Lose some weight, get some exercise, eat fewer carbs, watch your sugar, don’t eat salt and reduce your stress.  As a Health Coach and Exercise Physiologist, I saw the  disconnect between What MDs advised and patient’s ability to comply.  The information and exercise on this website is designed to help bridge that gap.  And what happened to joie de vivre? Health is not just the absence or management of disease. Joy of living is just as important. It’s all about balance. It’s about feeling good  and having the energy to do all the things that you enjoy. This website is about all that. Fun, function, family, pets, art, travel, fashion, beauty, food, exercise, medical care. The things that row your boat.
